Here at MotoDuet , we are dedicated to customer satisfaction. We do everything in our power to make sure you get the right part for your motorcycle or car as fast as possible and it the best price. MotoDuetLLC.com want to ensure you that the part will work properly, and be in great shape. We do not send out worn parts, and that is why we warranty all the parts we sell.

WARRANTIES:

• New and remanufactured parts : 1 year exchange warranty

• Used parts: 3 month exchange warranty

• Electrical parts: NO WARRANTY

• Return authorization required

• Parts used in a manner that is not consistent with original manufacturer standards not be considered for warranty

RETURNS:

• Return authorization required

• 25% restocking fee applies to all returns

• No returns on installed electrical parts

• All parts returned must be in original condition:

 

o Cannot have been installed

o All paint and tape seals must be undisturbed

o All markings must be intact

o Damaged parts will be hold for 30 days and then we notify you with a final decision

o Anonymous returns with no invoice may be hold for 30 days investigation

WRONG ITEM:

• Return authorization not required

• Must be accompanied by original invoice

• Must be returned within 10 days

SHIPPING:

• Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not refundable

• Some items too big for a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address. You will be notified.
